Environmental Risk Analyst

REPSG is a full-service Philadelphia-based environmental consulting and contracting firm, specializing in environmental assessment and remediation and construction management and support. We have a career opportunity available for an Environmental Risk Analyst. We are looking for an environmental professional dedicated to extraordinary customer service and results-oriented solutions. This position calls for highly developed writing skills. The Environmental Risk Analyst conducts GIS-based analysis of environmental data, develops site plans in AutoCAD and ArcMap, conducts statistical analysis of environmental chemistry data, and performs database programming and reporting in order to complete technical reporting for submission to customers and regulatory entities. The Environmental Risk Analyst participates in a wide range of projects, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments; NJ, PA, DE, and MD regulatory remediation projects; and Brownfields site redevelopment projects.

Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a science-based field, including Engineering, Geology, or the Environmental Sciences. Training and experience with ESRI ArcMap v.10, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Access, EquisPro 5.7, and coursework or experience with environmental regulation considered a strong advantage. No related work experience is necessarily required – just a desire to learn the environmental consulting field from the ground up in a hands-on, challenging environment. Training in all necessary skills will be provided to the candidate with the right educational background and motivation to learn.
